Shipping Info: All orders are dispatched from the UK via Royal Mail.

UK orders are dispatched 2nd class, Delivery aim: 2-3 days delivery from date of dispatch

All international orders are dispatched via Royal Mail economy international service:
Europe: Delivery aim: 5-10 working days from date of dispatch
USA: Delivery aim: 2-10 Weeks from date of dispatch
ROW: Delivery aim: 2-12 Weeks from date of dispatch

If you have received an item that turns out to be faulty, damaged, mis-picked or unsatisfactory then please feel free to return the item for either a replacement, exchange or refund, depending on what stock is available.
Unfortunately postal costs can not be refunded, nor can the cost of postage for returning an item.
Additional postage cost may also need to be applied for items to be exchanged (e.g. swapping a t-shirt size)

You should receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

Some orders/deliveries take longer than others (see shipping info for general delivery times) Orders are dispatched swiftly but some times postal companies can cause delay in your parcel getting to you. if you have not received your order within 10 weeks from date of dispatch please get in touch.
